LEARN MORE ABOUT

Dr. Naomi Paschall

Her journey into addiction medicine began while caring for pregnant women struggling with opioid use disorder. During a difficult period in Tennessee’s history, mothers whose infants developed Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) faced criminal prosecution and even imprisonment. Witnessing the fear, stigma, and lack of understanding surrounding addiction profoundly impacted Dr. Paschall and inspired her to become an advocate for these vulnerable patients.

What started as caring for pregnant women soon expanded to treating their partners, family members, and individuals from all walks of life who were battling substance use disorders. Over the past decade, Dr. Paschall and her team have helped hundreds of patients achieve recovery, rebuild relationships, regain employment, and return to healthy, productive lives within their communities.

Through years of clinical experience, Dr. Paschall has developed a comprehensive understanding of addiction as a complex medical condition influenced by genetics, environment, trauma, mental health, nutrition, and hormonal balance. She believes successful recovery requires more than simply treating substance use—it requires addressing the whole person.

At Family Addiction Clinic, patients receive individualized, judgment-free care that integrates medication-assisted treatment (MAT), behavioral support, nutritional guidance, and attention to underlying medical and hormonal factors that may contribute to recovery challenges. Dr. Paschall is committed to helping each patient restore not only sobriety, but also physical health, emotional well-being, and hope for the future.

Her mission is simple: to treat every patient with respect, compassion, and the belief that recovery is possible. Restoring lives, Rebuilding families and Renewing hope.
