MEDICAL SERVICES

Our team provides comprehensive evaluation and management services for patients seeking treatment for opioid use disorder. This includes initial assessments, prescribing and monitoring of medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ongoing physical health evaluations, and medication adjustments as clinically indicated. All medical care is delivered by licensed providers committed to evidence-based, patient-centered treatment.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual counseling services offer patients a confidential space to explore the emotional, behavioral, and relational factors contributing to substance use. Sessions are tailored to each patient’s unique recovery goals and may address co-occurring mental health concerns, coping skills, relapse prevention, and overall well-being. Counseling is provided by a licensed or supervised clinician trained in evidence-based approaches.

COORDINATION OF CARE

We are committed to treating the whole person by ensuring seamless communication between all members of a patient’s care team. Coordination of care includes collaboration with primary care providers, mental health professionals, and community resources to address barriers to recovery and support long-term wellness. Our staff works proactively to connect patients with the services they need both within and outside of our clinic.
